I ordered a pair of Sam Edelman boots last week, and the whole delivery process was super smooth.

The tracking email came through quickly, and the updates were actually accurate the whole way. The package arrived exactly on the day they said it would, which I definitely appreciate.

The box looked good when it got here too, no dents or anything weird. Overall, it was an easy, no-stress experience, and I’d happily order from them again

I got a pair of Sam Edelman boots last year and I’ve worn them so much more than I expected. Like, rain, long walks, full work days, pretty much everything. The leather still looks really good and the soles haven’t started separating or anything, which feels kind of impressive, right?
I’m definitely not someone who babies their shoes, so I was a little surprised by how well they held up. They did take a bit of breaking in at first, but once that was over, they were really comfortable and easy to wear. Overall I’m happy with them and feel like they’ve lasted longer than I thought they would

My first impression when I tried these on was honestly, “Wait, these are actually comfortable?” I ordered them from samedelman.com expecting the usual cute-but-painful heel situation, but they felt way better than I thought they would. I wore them out to dinner and ended up walking around a bit afterward, and my feet still weren’t screaming at me. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, really happy with them.

I’ve worn them a handful of times now, and so far they’re holding up well. No peeling, no loose pieces, nothing that makes me regret buying them, which is always my main concern with boots in this price range.

I’m giving them 4 stars only because the inside lining feels a little thin to me. It’s not a dealbreaker at all, and maybe I’m just being particular, but for how nice the outside feels, I do wish the inside felt a bit more substantial.

I’ve bought a few pairs from samedelman.com now, and I have to admit the sizing has been consistent. I usually just order my normal size and haven’t had to overthink it too much, which is nice. One pair did feel a little tight at first, so I was skeptical, but it ended up breaking in okay. Overall, I’d say it’s been a good experience, even if I’m still taking off one star for that snug pair.

I mean, the arch support is good, and they were comfortable enough to wear all day. Not totally perfect, but... yeah, overall they did the job.

Tracking barely moved for days, so I had no idea what was going on, which was annoying. I’m happy with the product, but the wait definitely put a damper on the experience.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but these actually feel really nicely made. The stitching seems solid, and the leather feels good too.

I ordered a pair of Sam Edelman shoes and the color was close to what I saw online. Maybe... just a tiny bit darker in person, but not enough to bother me or anything. They still matched my outfit fine, and shipping was normal. Overall I’m happy with them, just took off one star for the slight color difference.

I bought a pair of Sam Edelman flats and overall I’m happy with them. I wore them to work a few times, and since they have decent support, my feet weren’t aching by the end of the day. The only thing is the back rubbed a little at first, so I had to break them in. After a couple wears, that got better and they felt much more comfortable. They’re cute, easy to wear, and go with a lot, but I wouldn’t say they were perfect straight out of the box

These felt really close to my usual size, maybe just a little narrow when I first put them on. Nothing major though, I wore them around the house for a while and they stayed comfortable. I just had a good feeling about the fit overall, so I’d probably stick with my regular size if I ordered again...

I emailed customer service about an issue I was having, and they did end up fixing it for me. It wasn’t the fastest response, but they were polite the whole time. From the tone of their emails, I got the impression they were probably busy, but they still seemed like they wanted to help. Overall, a decent experience.

I’m starting to get really annoyed because the return process has dragged on way too long. I sent everything back, but my refund still hasn’t shown up yet.

I had to swap for a different size, and somehow the whole exchange didn’t turn into a full-time job. It was easy and went smoothly, which is apparently still possible these days.

The shoes were okay but the packaging was rough. The box was crushed and ripped on one side like it had been tossed around a bunch. For the price I expected better.

Overall, I like these shoes and they feel really solid and well-made. That said, I was a bit bummed to see the leather scuffing sooner than I expected. They’re still comfortable and look good, but I have mixed feelings since I was hoping they’d hold up a little better right away.
